The difference is paid in any convenient way.
How do I check the balance?
Enter the certificate code on the Certificates page — we'll show the balance and expiry date.
How does the recipient book a visit?
Online or by phone — the e-card has a “Book” button and the clinic's number. The certificate code is shown at the front desk.
What if I change my mind?
Within 14 days of payment, if the certificate hasn't been activated, we'll refund the money to the same card.
