Privacy policy

The controller and processor of personal data is ФОП АБАШИНА ОЛЕКСАНДРА ФЕДОРІВНА, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) 3465012488 (the “Clinic”, “we”). This Policy describes what data we collect on the website dent-aura.com and at the clinic, why we collect it and how we protect it.

General provisions

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the laws on health care and medical confidentiality. By using the website, submitting a request or booking an appointment, you agree to this Policy.

What data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, e-mail, from the booking forms on the website, during a phone call or via messaging apps.
• Patient data: full name, date of birth, contact details, medical information (complaints, medical history, diagnoses, treatment plan and results, X-rays and other images). This data belongs to a special category and is processed solely for the purpose of providing medical services.
• Payment data: amount, date, payment method, transaction number. We do not receive or store bank card details; they are processed by the payment systems.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the website pages you viewed, cookies.

Purposes of processing

• booking appointments and sending visit reminders;
• providing medical services, keeping medical records, fulfilling warranty obligations;
• accepting payments, sending payment links, issuing refunds;
• responding to inquiries, notifying you of your warranty status;
• improving the website and analyzing website traffic;
• complying with legal requirements.

We send marketing messages only with your separate consent; you can opt out at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Access to it is limited to clinic staff who need it for their work and to services acting on our behalf under a contract:

• Cliniccards, a medical information system (patient records, scheduling, invoices);
• WayForPay, Portmone, for accepting online payments;
• TurboSMS, for SMS and Viber messages (reminders, payment links, warranty codes);
• the website hosting provider and website analytics services (anonymized data).

Data may also be disclosed to government authorities in cases expressly provided for by law.

Retention period

• medical records: for the periods established by law for health care facilities;
• website requests that did not result in a visit: up to 1 year;
• payment data: for the period established by tax and accounting laws.

Data protection

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted according to staff roles, and passwords and access keys to services are stored securely.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies that it cannot function without (for example, for form protection) and analytics cookies for anonymized visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; in that case, some website features may not work properly.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

• know what data about you is processed, by whom and for what purpose;
• access your data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw your consent to processing and request deletion of your data, unless its retention is required by law;
• file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
