No. Under anesthesia, you feel pressure and vibration, but no pain. After the procedure, the anesthesia lasts another 1–3 hours.
The soft tissue heals in 7–10 days, and the bone recovers in 1–3 months.
For 24 hours: no rinsing, no smoking, no drinking through a straw and no hot food. We give you detailed instructions in writing.
Usually 2–3 months after healing. Sometimes it can be placed at the same time as the extraction (immediate implant placement).
