About the treatment
Clear aligners are a series of transparent removable trays made from a precise 3D scan of the patient’s teeth. Each tray is slightly different from the previous one and gradually moves the teeth into the planned position. Trays are changed every 1–2 weeks.
The system is suitable for mild to moderate crowding, closing gaps between teeth (diastemas), correcting tooth tilting and mild rotations. For complex bite problems, braces are more effective.

Frequently asked questions
For the first 2–3 days after switching to each new set, you may feel mild pressure. That means the trays are working. There is no sharp pain.
20–22 hours. Take them out only to eat, drink tea or coffee, and brush your teeth. The rest of the time, they stay in.
For complex bite problems such as a pronounced crossbite, an open bite or a significant Class II malocclusion (upper jaw ahead of the lower). In these cases, braces give a more controlled result.
