How the treatment works

High-quality ceramic doesn't. However, elastic ligatures (if the system isn't self-ligating) can turn yellow from coffee, tea or curry. They are replaced at every adjustment, so the problem takes care of itself.
Much less noticeable than metal braces, especially from more than 1 meter away. Up close, they can be seen. If you need maximum discretion, consider clear aligners or Damon Clear.
Ceramic is strong but more brittle than metal under impact. Avoid very hard foods (nuts, hard crackers, hard candy) to reduce the risk of a bracket coming off or chipping.
